Ingredients
- 3/4 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 pound bacon, minced
- 3 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. heavy cream
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Heat pasta bowl in 350 degree oven for 10 min.
- Cook bacon till crisp and drain well.
- Cook spaghetti till al dente.
- Beat Large eggs with the cream, cheese, healthy pinch of salt and plenty of pepper. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in the egg and cheese mix and stir till just beginning to thicken.
- In the heated pasta bowl, mix the spaghetti, egg and cheese mix and bacon. Toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
