%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20have%20been%20reading%20my%20blog%20for%20a%20while%20now,%20I'm%20sure%20you%20will%20realize%20exactly%20what%20it%20was%20that%20drew%20me%20to%20these%20potatoes.%20%20I'm%20curious%20if%20you%20can%20guess?%20%20;)%20%20Well,%20I%20guess%20if%20you%20read%20the%20ingredient%20list%20and%20you%20know%20me%20at%20all,%20your%20going%20to%20guess%20right.%20%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20made%20these%20to%20go%20with%20our%20dinner%20-%20Buffalo%20Chicken%20Sandwiches%20with%20Creamy%20Blue%20Cheese%20Dressing.%20%20The%20recipe%20came%20from%20Clean%20Eating%20magazine%20-%20my%20mom%20had%20been%20looking%20through%20the%20magazines%20I%20brought%20with%20me%20to%20Indianapolis%20and%20when%20looking%20at%20them%20my%20nephew%20said%20bacon%20would%20go%20really%20good%20with%20these%20-%20and%20I%20totally%20forgot%20to%20add%20the%20bacon%20for%20him!%20%20They%20were%20still%20yummy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESouthwestern%20Cheddar%20Steak%20Fries%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdapted%20from%20Clean%20Eating%20Magazine,%20June%202011%20(method%20has%20been%20adapted,%20ingredients%20are%20the%20same)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20425.%20%20Line%20a%20large%20baking%20sheet%20with%20foil%20and%20spray%20with%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20olive%20oil,%20paprika,%20cumin,%20garlic%20powder%20and%20salt.%20%20Toss%20potatoes%20in%20mixture%20to%20coat.%20%20Lay%20on%20cookie%20sheet%20and%20bake%20in%20oven%20until%20potatoes%20are%20tender.%20%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20sprinkle%20with%20cheese%20and%20red%20peppers.%20%20Place%20back%20in%20oven%20for%20a%20couple%20of%20minutes%20to%20melt%20cheese.%20%20Prior%20to%20serving,%20sprinkle%20with%20cilantro.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%204%20servings.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
