Ingredients

  • 6 x red chilies boiled
  • 10 x bird's eye chilies boiled
  • 1 x garlic clove fried
  • 3 x candlenuts fried
  •     Salt to taste
  • 1 pch sugar
  •     Lime juice

Directions

  1. Grind/lb. the red chilies, bird's eye chilies, garlic and candlenuts together till it forms a paste. Add in the salt and sugar.
  2. Last, add in 3 Tbsp. water and lime juice to taste. Serve
  3. Keeps up to 1 week or possibly longer if refrigerated.
