Slow Cooked Spanish Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 med Onions, minced
  • 2 x Green peppers, minced
  • 28 ounce Tomatoes
  • 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  •     Sauce
  • 1 c. Raw rice, (converted)

Directions

  2. Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT.
  3. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hrs. (High: 3 hrs).
