Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan and add a pat of butter, fry your egg - salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I place a lid over the egg. While the egg is frying toast two slices of bread, then butter them. When your egg is cooked to your liking place a slice of cheese on top and melt it. Then place the egg with cheese on your toasted bread and make a sandwich.

The nutrition facts are not accurate here, as the recipe clearly does not specify which type or amount of butter (1 Tbs - Smart Balance Omega 3 plus), 2 slices Brownberry double fiber bread, and 1 slice (1oz) kraft low-fat cheese, etc., can be used to tailored this for a healthier sandwich. you could also use only egg white.
