Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Curry/Gobi Sabzi
  • A simple delicious curry, quick and easy to prepare. This goes very well with Chapathi and you can also enjoy it with rice :-)
  • For this curry you need
  • 1 medium sized cauliflower
  • 1 medium sized onion ( grind them coarsely)
  • 1 tsp. of ginger- garlic paste
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. of sambar powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
