Shrimp Cocktail With Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 pound shrimp (26 to 30 per pound size), shelled
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce or possibly ketchup
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T grated onion, squeeze dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Boil 4 qts water, put shrimp in boiling water. Boil shrimp for 2 min after water reboils. Drain shrimp in colander. Immediately cool shrimp by sprinkling cold water. Drain and chill.
  2. Mix all ingredients at least 4 hrs ahead. Chill. Serve with shrimp.
