Ingredients
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled
1 pound scallops - raw
1 1/2 packages. Ritz cracker crumbs (NOT a whole box)
1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions
Heat butter - fold in the cracker crumbs. In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish layer shrimp, crumbs and scallops, etc. ending with the crumbs.
