Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1 pound scallops - raw
  • 1 1/2 packages. Ritz cracker crumbs (NOT a whole box)
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Directions

  1. Heat butter - fold in the cracker crumbs. In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish layer shrimp, crumbs and scallops, etc. ending with the crumbs.
