Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb beef short ribs
  • 10 1/2 ounce beef consomme
  • 1 x 1 1/4 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 c. green pepper minced

Directions

  1. In large skillet or possibly slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown short ribs; pour off excess fat. Mix beef consomme with dry taco mix; add in green pepper. In slow-cooking pot, pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
