Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. guacamole
  • 1/2 c. olives, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can diced chilies
  • 2 whole tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. On a serving dish, layer refried beans, then lowfat sour cream. Make up your favorite recipe of guacamole and spread on top of the lowfat sour cream. Spread minced olives on top and chill overnight. Next day, layer diced chilies, diced tomatoes and top with grated cheese. Serve with your favorite chips. Serves a group.
