Scallop Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops (bay scallops are fine here)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 T garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon (or possibly a little more) red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2-3 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
  • Unflavored fresh bread crumbs, sauteed in oil

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in oil and add in parsley. Add in scallops and cook just till opaque 3- 4 min. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
