Ingredients
1 pound scallops (bay scallops are fine here)
1/2 c. oil
1 T garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon (or possibly a little more) red pepper flakes
1 pound pasta
2-3 teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
Unflavored fresh bread crumbs, sauteed in oil
Directions
Saute garlic in oil and add in parsley. Add in scallops and cook just till opaque 3- 4 min. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
