Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12) English muffins
  • 2 jars Kraft Old English Cheese Spread (small jar)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 pound pkg. mild sausage

Directions

  1. Cook sausage. Drain all grease (I even pat it with a paper towel to get as much as possible.) Put sausage and cheese into medium saucepan and heat over low heat just till cheese melts. Add in 1/4 cup butter or possibly less. Spread onto English muffins. I put on cookie sheet and freeze. Then put in zip lock bag and they're ready when you need them, as many as you need. Also good, cut in quarters for appetizers.
