Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs or possibly crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mix sausage, large eggs, crackers and sage together and roll into tiny balls and cook in electric frying pan. Brown and drain off grease.
  2. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour sauce over sausage balls and simmer 1 hour.
