Sauerkraut In Oven Recipe

Ingredients

1 (32 ounce.) jar sauerkraut 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 apples, diced

2 med. potatoes, grated 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 pkg. Smok-y Links, cut up

Directions

1. Drain sauerkraut in colander to remove some of the salt. Place in casserole and add in above ingredients. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
