1 (32 ounce.) jar sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 apples, diced
2 med. potatoes, grated
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. Smok-y Links, cut up

Directions

Drain sauerkraut in colander to remove some of the salt. Place in casserole and add in above ingredients. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
