- 1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potato (about one large, roasted)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
