Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (12 ounce.) whole kernel yellow corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can (7 3/4 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed & flaked
  • 3 ounce. (3/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl beat Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min or possibly till hard. Makes 3-4 servings.
