Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. nuts
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 9 ounce. container Cold Whip
  • 2 pkg. Royal Pistachio pudding

Directions

  1. Mix together and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till slightly brown. Cold.
  2. Beat together 8 ounces package cream cheese, 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 container Cold Whip (9 ounces). Spread over crust, cold in chill.
  3. Beat together 2 pkgs. instant Royal pistachio pudding and 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk till thick and pour over top. Spread rest of Cold Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
