Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.Combine vinegar and 3 c. petals in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover pan and put in oven for 2 hrs. Remove from oven and cold.
  2. Strain vinegar into a bottle.
  3. Add in the 1/2 c. rose petals.
  4. Cap bottle and chill. Use within 5 days.
  5. Makes 4 c..
