Ingredients
- 4 c. champagne vinegar
- 3 c. dry rose petals
- 1/2 c. dry rose petals
Directions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.Combine vinegar and 3 c. petals in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover pan and put in oven for 2 hrs. Remove from oven and cold.
- Strain vinegar into a bottle.
- Add in the 1/2 c. rose petals.
- Cap bottle and chill. Use within 5 days.
- Makes 4 c..
