    Hi Daniel,
    It well could have enhanced an otherwise mediocre fish since the curry offers a strong, spicy flavor. It would however help if the quality of the curry (paste) was more than mediocre because otherwise sub-par fish and mediocre curry is, well, edible but little more. Perhaps I'm needlessly splitting hairs.

    But yes! It could well have helped.
    I hope you'll keep this one handy next time you get a good piece of fish; let me know how it goes.

      I wish I saw that last night. I had bought a salmon but it wasn't very flavourful. I think something like this would've really helped. I know the dish wouldn't have been fantastic because the fish was sub-par, but it would've made things taste better.
