Quick and Easy Hot Seafood Dip From Shaw

Easy hot seafood dip, using Shaw or any better quality seafood cakes, to serve with chips and crackers. You also can use seafood cakes to stuff mushrooms, shrimp or oysters.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Seafood Cakes - thawed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 1 T Finely Chopped Green Onion
  • Optional:
  • Red or Green Bell Pepper
  • Spinach
  • Artichokes

Directions

  1. Place in microwave safe bowl, cook on high for 1.5 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Microwave in 15 second increments until hot. Serve with chips or crackers.
