%20%20Pumpkin%20Butter.%20(scrumptious%20as%20a%20cake%20filling%20or%20on%20toast%20or%20scones!)%20%20Pumpkin%20and%20Milk%20Chocolate%20Bread%20Pudding.%20Pumpkin%20Spice%20Bread.%20%20And%20that%20is%20just%20the%20tip%20of%20the%20iceberg.%20%20%20I%20have%20many%20ways%20of%20using%20it%20up,%20all%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20delicious%20Pumpkin%20Pie%20Muffins%20are%20my%20absolute%20favourite%20pumpkin%20muffin%20recipe.%20%20%20Just%20the%20smell%20of%20them%20baking%20is%20guaranteed%20to%20get%20your%20mouth%20watering%20.%20.%20.%20%20and%20your%20house%20will%20smell%20soooo%20good%20%20.%20.%20.%20%20like%20autumn%20.%20.%20.%20%20all%20warm%20and%20cosy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey're%20moist%20and%20nicely%20spiced%20with%20ginger,%20cinnamon,%20nutmeg,%20cloves%20.%20.%20.%20%20the%20warm%20baking%20spices.%20%20They%20always%20puff%20up%20nicely%20and%20make%20the%20perfect%20addition%20to%20your%20mornings.%20%20The%20recipe%20does%20make%2012%20lovely%20muffins,%20but%20they%20will%20keep%203%20or%204%20days%20(if%20they%20last%20that%20long)%20if%20properly%20stored,%20and%20they%20also%20freeze%20really%20well.%20%20%20I%20do%20so%20hope%20that%20you%20will%20take%20the%20time%20to%20bake%20them%20and%20and%20that%20your%20family%20will%20enjoy%20them%20as%20much%20as%20we%20do!!%20%20(Of%20course%20I%20like%20mine%20doused%20in%20butter,%20lol)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Pumpkin%20Pie%20Muffins*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%2012%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efavourite%20autumn%20muffin.%20%20Spicy.%20%20Moist.%20%20%20Delicious.%20%20%20Wrap%20well%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estore%20at%20roomtemperature%20for%20up%20to%20four%20days%20or%20freeze%20for%20longer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20190*C.375*F%20gas%20mark%205.%20%20Butter%20a%2012%20cup%20muffin%20tin%20really%20well.%20%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20butter,%20both%20sugars%20and%20the%20salt%20together%20until%20well%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20in%20the%20eggs,%20one%20at%20a%20time.%20%20Whisk%20in%20the%20oil%20and%20the%20pumpkin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20flour,%20baking%20powder,%20soda,%20and%20all%20of%20the%20spices%20together.%20%20Stir%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethis%20into%20the%20wet%20mixture,%20then%20stir%20until%20combined.%20%20Scoop%20the%20batter%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Einto%20the%20prepared%20muffin%20tin.%20%20%20Bake%20until%20firm,%20about%2018%20minutes%20or%20so.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAllow%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20muffins%20to%20cool%20in%20the%20pan%20for%205%20minutes%20before%20gently%20tipping%20out%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eonto%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool.%20%20%20Serve%20these%20muffins%20warm%20or%20at%20room%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etemperature.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20%20If%20you%20want%20to%20remove%20your%20muffins%20from%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20pan%20without%20tearing%20off%20the%20tops,%20tilt%20the%20pan%20to%20it's%20side%20gently%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20slowly%20pull%20the%20muffins%20out.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
