- Pumpkin Creme Cake Roll with Pumpkin Spice Glaze~
- 1-box (22 oz) Pillsbury Supreme Collection, Pumpkin Creme
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- Creme Filling~
- 4 oz cream cheese, soften
- filling mix, from cake mix box
- 2 T oil
- 2 T water
- Pumpkin Spice Glaze~
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-4 T pumpkin spice coffee creamer
- you can sprinkle the top of the cake roll with powdered sugar. Serve and Enjoy~

%20Today%20I%20saw%20it%20sitting%20in%20the%20back%20of%20my%20cupboard%20and%20decided%20to%20use%20the%20cake%20mix%20to%20make%20a%20cake%20roll.%20I%20have%20wanted%20to%20make%20a%20cake%20roll%20for%20some%20time%20now,%20since%20it%20has%20been%20years%20since%20I%20have%20made%20one.%20I%20have%20to%20say,%20this%20is%20the%20best%20pumpkin%20cake%20mix%20I%20have%20ever%20tried%20and%20the%20filling%20is%20wonderful!%20I%20added%20cream%20cheese%20to%20the%20filling,%20but%20it%20is%20delicious%20without%20it.%20I%20sprinkled%20the%20finished%20cake%20with%20powdered%20sugar%20or%20you%20can%20drizzle%20the%20cake%20with%20pumpkin%20spice%20glaze.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Note:%20I%20didn't%20roll%20up%20the%20warm%20cake%20in%20the%20towel%20tight%20enough,%20so%20when%20I%20unwrapped%20the%20cake,%20it%20split%20in%202%20places.%20I%20added%20extra%20filling%20to%20the%20cracked%20area,%20to%20%22paste%22%20it%20together%20(oh%20darn,%20extra%20filling:)%20and%20rolled%20it%20up.%20It%20was%20not%20the%20prettiest%20looking%20cake%20roll%20I%20have%20ever%20made%20but%20it%20tasted%20dang%20good:)%20I%20guess%20I%20will%20just%20have%20to%20make%20a%20few%20more%20cake%20rolls,%20to%20get%20the%20hang%20of%20it,%20after%20all....practice%20makes%20perfect!!%20Pillsbury%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20350.%20Line%2015%20x%2010%20x%201%20jelly%20roll%20pan%20with%20wax%20paper.%20Spray%20wax%20paper%20with%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20cake%20mix,%20oil,%20water%20and%20eggs%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Stir%20until%20moistened.%20Beat%20with%20an%20electric%20mixer%20on%20medium%20speed%20for%202%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20in%20prepared%20pan,%20spread%20evenly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2011-15%20minutes%20or%20until%20toothpick%20inserted%20in%20middle%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20cake%20is%20baking,%20heavily%20sprinkle%20a%20clean%20lint%20free%20kitchen%20towel%20with%20powdered%20sugar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20pan%20from%20oven,%20run%20a%20knife%20around%20edges%20of%20pan%20to%20loosen%20cake.%20Flip%20cake%20over%20onto%20powdered%20kitchen%20towel.%20%20Remove%20wax%20paper,%20discard.%20Roll%20up%20cake%20tightly%20in%20towel,%20starting%20at%20short%20end.%20Place%20on%20wire%20rack%20and%20cool;%201-2%20hours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20filling~%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20small%20bowl,%20beat%20cream%20cheese%20until%20fluffy;%20add%20filling%20mix,%20oil%20and%20water.%20Beat%20on%20low%20speed,%20until%20combined.%20When%20cake%20is%20cool,%20carefully%20unroll%20but%20keep%20cake%20on%20towel.%20Spread%20creme%20filling%20over%20cake%20to%20within%201%20inch%20of%20edge.%20Roll%20up%20cake%20using%20the%20kitchen%20towel%20as%20a%20guide.%20Chill%20in%20the%20refrigerator,%20seam%20side%20down,%20on%20a%20wire%20rack%20for%2045%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20Glaze~%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20small%20bowl,%20whisk%20together%20the%20powdered%20sugar%20and%20pumpkin%20spice%20coffee%20creamer.%20Whisk%20together%20until%20you%20reach%20desired%20drizzle%20consistency.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20cake%20from%20refrigerator.%20Place%20a%20layer%20of%20wax%20paper%20under%20wire%20rack%20to%20catch%20any%20drips%20while%20glazing%20or%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eyou%20can%20sprinkle%20the%20top%20of%20the%20cake%20roll%20with%20powdered%20sugar.%20Serve%20and%20Enjoy~%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
