Ingredients

Pumpkin Bread Pudding (slightly adapted from Epicurious)
1 cup heavy cream ( half and half works well too)
3/4 cup canned solid pack pumpkin
1/2 cup whole milk (I use 2%)
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, plus 1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
pinch of ground cloves
5 cups cubed day old baguette or crusty bread ( I use 4 cups to get more custard)
3/4 cup melted butter (6 tablespoons)
