Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1/2 c. crushed walnuts
  • 1 x cream cheese (8 ounce.)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 2 pkt lemon pudding (3 ounce.)
  • 3 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 x Cold Whip (8 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. crushed walnuts

Directions

  1. BOTTOM LAYER: Put butter and flour in bottom of cake pan. Mix together with crushed nuts. Bake 15 min. Cold.
  2. Soften cream cheese. Add in 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 c. Cold Whip.
  3. Beat with mixer. Spread over bottom layer.
  4. Blend together pudding and lowfat milk. Spread on top of other layer.
  5. Spread top with Cold Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. You may substitute other flavors. When making coconut use toasted coconut for bottom layer and to sprinkle on top.
