The weather is getting warmer and that means that we will be seeing more and more fresh vegetables. Even though I am not a fan of tomatoes until they are fresh in mid-summer,once in a while I pick some up for salads. I picked up a package of grape tomatoes that were very flavorful for this time of year. They tasted so good, I thought I would try something new with them.
