Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork loin or possibly shoulder
  • 2 cans Joan of Arc beans, liquid removed
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into bite-size pcs. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a small roaster and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
