Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. pork loin or possibly shoulder
2 cans Joan of Arc beans, liquid removed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
Directions
Cut the pork into bite-size pcs. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a small roaster and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
