Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 x Inch piece konbu, (dry kelp)
  • 5 Tbsp. Dashi, (Bonito fish stock)
  • 2 slc Lemon, sliced thinly

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients but the sliced lemon and let stand for 10 min. Then remove konbu and add in sliced lemon. Ponzu-joyu is the sauce of choice with shabushabu. Me ke aloha, Mary
