- 4 eggs, separated¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/3 cup sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup POM-Cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 3 drops red food coloring, optional
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
