Ingredients

  • 1 c. Brown rice syrup
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Rosewater, optional
  • 2 c. Pineapple, peeled & minced
  • 2 c. Cantaloupe, seeded & cubed
  • 2 x Bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. In a medium sized pot, combine syrup & water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer till the mix thickens slightly, about 15 min. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut lowfat milk & rosewater & refrigeratefor 1 to 2 hrs. Arrange fruit in a large serving bowl. Pour syrup over the top & serve slightly chilled or possibly at room temperature.
