Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 doz. hard boiled Large eggs, shelled
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon pickling spices

Directions

  1. Boil all ingredients but Large eggs together for 5 min. Cold and pour into a wide mouth glass jar. Put in as many Large eggs as mix will cover. Chill overnight. They will keep for weeks.
