Perry's Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Peanut Oil For Frying, no substitutions
  • 1 pkt Chicken Wings (Second And Third Joints), Approx.12 Wings
  • 1/2 c. Butter, No Substitutions
  • 1/2 c. Frank's Red Warm Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 dsh Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  •     Ranch Or possibly Blue Cheese Dressing For Dipping
  •     Celery Sticks For Garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deepfry wings 10 to 12 at a time, till golden, approx. 10 to 12 min. Place wings on paper towels to drain. In a medium saucepan, heat butter. Add in red warm sauce, vinegar, garlic pwdr and pepper. Bring to a simmer and add in chicken wings.
  2. Toss wings in sauce for a few min. Serve with ranch or possibly blue cheese dressing with celery sticks for garnish.
  3. If desired your wings hotter add in additonal sauce (to taste) to the butter.
