  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
  • Sugar - 2 spoon (or) Panangkalkandu - 2 spoons


  1. In a sauce pan add boiled milk and boil for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  2. In a cup add sugar/panangkalkandu, turmeric powder, pepper powder and hot boiled milk and mix well.
  3. Serve hot.
