Peas Sevai Upma / Peas Vermicelli Upma is a quick and easy South Indian Breakfast recipe. This is a non onion recipe perfect for fasting                    Peas Sevai 2 cups 1 cup  6-7 green chillies finely  curry  1 tbsp  ½ tsp  1 tsp urad  1 tsp channa  1/2 tsp  Salt -for  Water-as per 3 tbsp grated Method: Add little oil in a pan, roast the vermicelli well and keep it aside. Next add oil, add mustard seeds, followed by urad dal, channa dal ,and jeera, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric and sauté well. Add peas, salt,and reduce the flame.
