Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     Wilton dark or possibly light cocoa
  •     Flavored candy melts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Toss together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mix. Shape dough into ball. Roll dough approximately 1/8 inch thick. Dip cutters into flour before each use. Bake 10-12 min. Cold. Dip in chocolate or possibly or possibly make peanut butter chocolate sandwiches.
  3. Makes 4 dozen
  4. Place one or possibly two wafers of candy melts on hot cookie. Sandwich two cookies together on lollipop stick.
