Directions

  1. 1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for10 min; cold.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla till smooth.
  3. 3. Mix in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with chocolate or possibly cookie crumbs if deisred. Chill.
