Ingredients
- You can eat overnight oats cold or warmed
- (warm in the microwave 1-2 minutes)
- You can use any jar with a tight fitting lid
- (pickle, jam, or canning jars work great)
- Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats
- 2 cups old fashion oats
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- 2 bananas (used the day of eating)

- Serves 1
- One clean jar with lid
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats, (fill 1/2 of the jar with oats)
- 1-2 tsp chia seeds, optional but good for you
- 1 cup milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp nuts and/or seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon and/or other spices
- 1-2 tsp sweetener, honey, agave syrup, maple syrup
