- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 4 tbsp Coriander powder
- 4 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 10 Cloves
- 2â Cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp Black pepper corns
- 5-6 Black Cardamom
- 4 star anise
- 4â dry Ginger
- 3 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp. of asafetida
- 2 tbsp of dry mango powder
