Several times I have tried to have a meal at Pantele's Desert Deli, but they've always been closed early; I have finally found out the secret why. The menu items are so good, they're sold out in mere hours; better get in there between 11am to 2pm; or place an order via phone or fax, otherwise you're out of luck.
The interior of Pantele's is simple; counter for ordering and simple tables and chairs for dining at. The staff, however, make it special by being very friendly and welcoming; Mary is all smiles and very cheery;…

%20259-0200%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFax:%20(435)%20259-0050%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFacebook%20Page:%20https://www.facebook.com/pages/Panteles-Desert-Deli/260445626649%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeveral%20times%20I%20have%20tried%20to%20have%20a%20meal%20at%20Pantele's%20Desert%20Deli,%20but%20they've%20always%20been%20closed%20early;%20I%20have%20finally%20found%20out%20the%20secret%20why.%20The%20menu%20items%20are%20so%20good,%20they're%20sold%20out%20in%20mere%20hours;%20better%20get%20in%20there%20between%2011am%20to%202pm;%20or%20place%20an%20order%20via%20phone%20or%20fax,%20otherwise%20you're%20out%20of%20luck.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20interior%20of%20Pantele's%20is%20simple;%20counter%20for%20ordering%20and%20simple%20tables%20and%20chairs%20for%20dining%20at.%20%20The%20staff,%20however,%20make%20it%20special%20by%20being%20very%20friendly%20and%20welcoming;%20Mary%20is%20all%20smiles%20and%20very%20cheery;%20owner%20Bella%20is%20vibrant,%20and%20passionate%20about%20her%20food%20and%20the%20business%20itself.%20%20Bella%20owns%20the%20business%20with%20her%20husband,%20Eric;%20but%20she%20is%20the%20tidal%20wave%20force%20behind%20it%20all.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EArriving%20at%202:30pm,%20there%20was%20a%20%22Sorry,%20We're%20Closed%22%20sign%20on%20the%20window%20and%20I%20thought%20we'd%20missed%20our%20chance%20to%20try%20Pantele's%20again.%20%20However,%20there%20were%20diners%20inside,%20so%20I%20decided%20to%20try%20anyway;%20good%20thing%20I%20did!%20%20Yes,%20they%20were%20sold%20out%20of%20most%20items,%20but%20ingredients%20for%20a%20Gyro%20were%20still%20available;%20yelling%20out%20to%20my%20hubby%20in%20the%20car,%20we%20both%20ordered%20the%20Gyro%20with%20a%20side%20of%20potato%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20getting%20our%20drinks,%20it%20did%20not%20take%20long%20for%20our%20order%20to%20come%20to%20our%20table.%20%20The%20potato%20salad%20was%20to%20die%20for!!!%20%20Chunks%20of%20tender,%20real%20potatoes%20in%20a%20creamy,%20seasoned%20mixture%20of%20mayonnaise,%20salt,%20paprika....and%20I%20couldn't%20get%20Bella%20to%20give%20me%20her%20secret%20recipe.%20%20I%20was%20so%20enjoying%20the%20potato%20salad,%20I%20almost%20forgot%20about%20the%20Gyro.%20%20Again...to%20die%20for!!!%20%20The%20meat%20is%20cut%20into%20sections%20instead%20of%20long%20strips,%20and%20grilled%20to%20sizzling%20goodness.%20%20The%20tomatoes,%20onions%20and%20herbs%20are%20so%20fresh,%20and%20the%20Tzatziki%20sauce%20was%20amazing;%20not%20a%20drop%20went%20to%20waste.%20%20My%20hubby%20inhaled%20his%20meal;%20I%20had%20to%20keep%20swatting%20his%20hand%20away%20as%20he%20kept%20reaching%20for%20mine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPerusing%20the%20menu%20as%20we%20ate,%20we%20saw%20many%20items%20we%20wanted%20to%20try%20out%20at%20another%20time.%20%20For%20convenience,%20boxed%20lunches%20are%20available%20which%20is%20great%20for%20all%20the%20hikers%20and%20adventurers%20we%20get%20in%20the%20area.%20%20Bella%20explained%20that%20Pantele's%20only%20creates%20about%2020%20servings%20of%20the%20menu%20items%20per%20day%20to%20keep%20the%20freshness%20scale%20at%20100%25.%20%20Instead%20of%20buying%20cheaper%20ingredients%20in%20bulk,%20these%20smaller%20amounts%20of%20servings%20ensures%20freshness%20and%20high%20quality.%20%20Impressive%20nowadays%20when%20fast%20food%20and%20frozen%20ingredients%20seem%20to%20be%20becoming%20the%20standard%20in%20too%20many%20eateries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20here%20is%20the%20gist%20of%20Pantele's%20Desert%20Deli;%20get%20there%20or%20order%20early;%20owner%20and%20staff%20are%20friendly%20and%20let%20you%20know%20they%20want%20and%20appreciate%20their%20customers;%20the%20food%20is%20made%20daily%20with%20fresh,%20high%20quality%20ingredients.%20%20It's%20a%20win%20situation!!!%20%20Unfortunately,%20now%20that%20you%20know%20about%20Pantele's,%20it's%20going%20to%20be%20even%20harder%20to%20get%20a%20meal%20there%20in%20the%20future.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMary%20Cokenour%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
