Ingredients

  • PANEER/COTTAGE CHEESE-250 Grams(cubed in 1"x1" pieces)
  • Coriander Leaves -a handful(APPROX 50 Grams)
  • Mint Leaves-half of coriander leaves
  • Green Chillies-1-2
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Tsp
  • Yogurt-1 Tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Olive Oil -1Tbsp
  • Lime Juice-1tsp

Directions

  1. Cut the cottage cheese into square cubes,preferably of 1"x1" and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the coriander leaves,mint leaves,ginger-garlic paste and green chillies in yogurt to a smooth paste.
  3. Add this paste to the cut Paneer and add salt,lime juice and olive oil and gently marinate.
  4. Leave the above for 45 mins.
  5. Set the oven to 150C and place the paneer cubes on a foiled baking tray and bake for 10-12 mins,till it turns slightly brown on the edges.
  6. Once its ready transfer it to a serving plate and pierce tooth picks on each cube and garnish with grated carrot.
