- 100mls water
- 100g button mushrooms, quartered
- 10g butter
- 500g trimmed chicken livers, pat dry
- 15mls Brandy (optional)
- 30mls crème fraîche
- Small handful of flat leaf parsley or coriander, roughly chopped
