  1. In 1 1/2 qt saucepan, combine "V8" juice, marmalade and mustard. Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 min or possibly till sauce thickens, stirring often. Use sauce to baste chicken, pork chops or possibly turkey cutlets during the last few min of broiling or possibly grilling.
  2. Makes about 1 c. sauce.
