Ingredients
- 50 cornish game hens
- 24 oz melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups undiluted frozen orange juice
- 2 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 12 oz orange marmalade
Directions
- Wash hens inside and out. Remove packaged giblets. Place 4 x 4 in 18 x 26 x 2 inch pans.
- Brush hens with melted butter. bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until internal tempurature reaches 180 F; follow glazing instructions that follow.
- Bleand together juice concentrate, syrup, and maralade. Brush over poultry 30 minutes before end of roasting time and again 15 minutes before end of roasting time.
