Ingredients

  • 1/2 x portion Basic cookie dough (see recipe)
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Dry cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Quick oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Have basic dough at room temperature Heat oven to 325 Put dough, molasses, cinnamon and ginger in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
  2. Add in cranberries, oats and nuts, stir till blendedDrop slightly rounded Tbsp. dough 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet Bake for 11 -13 min till bottoms are light golden brown. Cold on sheets or possibly wire rack for 2 min. Remove from baking sheet to racks to cold completely.
  3. Stir glaze ingredients (sugar and lowfat milk) in a medium bowl till smooth. Drizzle over cookies with a fork.
