Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs beef
  • 1/2 lbs lamb
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats (if you don't have Celiac Disease, you probably don't care about the certified gluten free part)
  • pinch of nutmeg, cloves (which I actually didn't have), and cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
