"No Bake" Cookie Crumble Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 env plain gelatine
  • 1/4 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, heated to boiling
  • 2 pkt Cream cheese, 8 ounce. ea.
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract or possibly flavor
  • 1/2 c. Mini-chocolate chips 1 Deep dish graham cracker))))
  •     Crust (9oz. size). 1 c Your favorite cookies,)))))
  •     Coarsely crushed.

Directions

  1. In blender, sprinkle gelatine over cool lowfat milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add in warm lowfat milk and process at low till dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add in cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process till blended. Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust. Pour in gelatine mix; sprinkle with crushed cookies. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hours.
  2. Yield: 8 to 10 servings
