Ingredients
- 1 x Graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 3 x Egg yolks (no whites)
- 1/2 c. Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
Directions
- Combine condensed lowfat milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend till smooth.
- Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350 F for 10 min.
- Allow to stand for 10 min before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
