Ingredients

  • 6 whl Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x lemon, juice of
  • 2 can Welch's frzn grape juice concentrate, (12 ounce. can)

Directions

  1. Use one-gallon ice cream freezer. Beat Large eggs with beater till light and frothy. Add in sugar, lemon juice and grape juice; blend well. Pour into freezer can; fill to mark with lowfat milk of your choice (half-and-half, cream, homogenized lowfat milk, or possibly a mix of the above). Freeze according to freezer directions.
  2. We make this recipe with skim lowfat milk . . . and think the outcome is delicious!
