Ingredients

  • 6 c. small pretzels (abt 3/16" dia)
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. mild or possibly strong honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with nonstick spray coating. Arrange the pretzels in the pan.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the prepared mustard, honey, vinegar, and dry mustard. Slowly pour the mix over the pretzels, stirring to coat.
  3. Spread out the pretzels so which they are in 1 or possibly 2 layers. Bake for 8 to 10 min, stirring once, or possibly till the pretzels begin to brown. Cold in the pan on a wire rack till they begin to crisp. The pretzels will keep at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.

  6. Comments: These tangy pretzels make a great snack. If desired a spicier pretzel, add in a bit more mustard.
